The CNAG-CRG offers researchers state-of-the-art methods for massive parallel sequencing and data analysis for a wide range of applications. The center collaborates in sequencing projects with researchers from the public and private sectors providing expertise in project design, sequencing, data analysis and interpretation. The experimental workflow at the sequencing platform includes sample quality control, library preparation, cluster generation and sequencing. The CNAG-CRG operates 1 Illumina HiSeq 4000, 2 Illumina HiSeq 2500, 9 Illumina HiSeq 2000 and 1 Illumina MiSeq with a sequencing capacity of over 800 Gbases per day.
The CNAG-CRG is Illumina Certified Service Provider (CSPro) for sequencing and Agilent Certified Service Provider (CSP). The CNAG-CRG has also obtained the SGS Certification ISO 9001: 2008 and ENAC Accreditation ISO/IEC 17025:2005.
